Trying my hand at homemade ... well, I guess I don’t know if I can call them egg rolls! 🥡
You know those crispy cheese wonton things you can order from the Chinese restaurant? 🥢 I wanted to recreate those but with a twist!
Cream cheese, green onion, spicy peppers🌶, sriracha, and just a drizzle of honey🍯 all mixed together and rolled up in this lil cocoon in an egg roll wrapper.
Tossed on the stove for a couple minutes per side. A tad on the chewy side so we are going to make round 2 once the air fryer arrives! Filling was suuuuuuper awesome though!
