Let me start off by saying a few years ago I would of looked at this and placed it into the BAD FOOD category but times have changed I am a big believer of no food being labelled as bad or good, everything in moderation and this is what I always teach my children, you shouldn’t feel bad or guilty for eating something classes as bad, food should be enjoyed and not a punishment!!
I look at food a carbs, fats or protein, minerals, micronutrients ect and sometimes we crave foods to make us feel good in training and sometimes we crave it to just make us smile.
This bad boy was a around 669calories and included 👇🏼
Burger Pickles (a must)
BBQ pulled pork
Mac & cheese
Def not something i eat very often but it was amazing and well worth the calories.
Times like this where I know I’m eating something quite high in calories I like to enter it into my fitness pal first up then work my day around that and have low calories options for the rest of my meals that day.
Yes you can bank calories but it’s not healthy to be doing this on a daily basis
Or another option just eat it and enjoy life!
To make this a lower calorie option easy change the bun for sandwich thins, cheddar for low fat cheese, lean mean, no sugar bbq sauce, fresh onion and that alone will take off a lot.
