Bol du jour : voici une nouvelle recette de poke bowl composée de saumon, avocat, mangue, oignons, myrtilles, coriandre et riz noir 😉 Ingrédients pour 4 personnes : 400g de riz noir 4 pavés de saumon 3 avocats 🥑 1 oignon 1 barquette de myrtilles 1 botte de coriandre 🍃 Gingembre rose Sauce soja sucrée et salée Vinaigre de riz Wasabi 1 citron vert Recette : Faites bouillir de l’eau. Plongez le riz noir dans l’eau bouillante 45min. Hachez l’oignon. Découpez les avocats et la mangue en lamelles. Lorsque le riz est cuit, répartissez le dans 4 bols. Ajoutez dans chaque bol, quelques lamelles d’avocat et de mangue ainsi qu’une poignée d’oignons hachés. Ajoutez quelques myrtilles sur chaque poke bowl, de là coriandre et un peu de gingembre rose. Pour la sauce, mélangez le jus d’un citron vert avec une pointe de wasabi, du vinaigre de riz et de la sauce soja salée et sucrée. Versez un peu de sauce sur chaque poke bowl.
