Escoliosis Dorsal - Ejercicios. El músculo dorsal en una escoliosis torácica de un lado está muy contraído y del otro totalmente extendido. Una manera de contrarrestar esto es mediante ejercicios unilaterales diferentes, mientras un lado se estira el otro se contrae. True or false: the rear lat spread is the least important mandatory pose in bodybuilding. Now we’ve all heard it hundreds of times; shows are won from the back. I won’t argue that. But save for when Dorian Yate’s name comes to mind (the unquestioned King 👑 of all things Lat Spread) we almost exclusively talk about three things when we talk about the rear; the back double biceps, the glutes, and the hamstrings. The rear lat spread just doesn’t seem to make it into the conversation...and when it does, there doesn’t seem to be a lot of “weight” attached to it. Evidence for my point? Let’s look at some recent major contests. The 2018 Olympia comes to mind. We all know that Phil Heath completely wastes Shawn Rhoden in the back double bicep. But to make matters worse, Shawn Rhoden’s execution of the rear lat spread was amatuer-ish. Didn’t seem to matter 🤷🏽‍♂️ more recently was Big Ramy’s Arnold classic performance. Both the front and the rear lat spread are overwhelmingly dominant shots for Ramy, but at this years Arnold, Ramy was only opening his lat spread up about 2/3 of the way. Now obviously Ramy didn’t win this show, but most would point to his condition, and not the poor display of the back, that did him in. Now let’s talk about two other poses that might come to mind when we think “least important mandatory.” I’m sure plenty of people thought, side triceps or abs/thigh. Up until a few years ago, you would not have been wrong. In the early 2000s, the top 2 for the ab/thigh comparison was usually a total eyesore. and the side tricep gets hit so many different ways, sometimes I don’t even know what to call it. BUT, with the increased importance placed on abdominal control and detail ever since Phil Heath was dethroned at the ‘18 Olympia, I think these poses are in fact more important, because while you might not win the show because of them, you can certainly lose the show based on how you display your stomach in those shots. Ok guys I’ve rambled long enough. Curious to hear what you guys think? J'ai commencé l'aventure en étant étudiant où j'ai récupérer du vieux matériel basique de musculation de mon père pour ensuite m'acheter mon premier banc avec une barre olympique et 150 kgs de disques.
