So it took me a looooooooooooooooooooooong time to post this and I don’t normally post things like this but I just wanted to give a little inspiration. If I can do it, so can you. I just wanted to give everyone a quick update on this weight loss journey. Now I’m nowhere near where I want to be but I’m definitely closer than I once was.
Let’s talk about the journey, I started TLC products about 2 months ago but the first month I wasn’t taking it serious. I would drink my tea every other day, skipping days. Then I got the resolution drops about a month ago and I started taking those faithfully.
That’s when I noticed a change in my appetite, energy level and I kicked it into full gear with working out, drink my tea every night and resolution drops every morning. The before pic is from March 9 and after pic is March 30.
Now, I’m not sure of my total weight loss because it really fluctuates (anywhere from 7-10 lbs lost) but I see the progress in my clothes and there’s no stopping me now‼️ Quarantine or not, I’m being faithful to my drops & tea so I don’t pig out while sitting at home and I make my best effort to workout at least 3 times a week 💪🏾 which is hard beyond belief, trust me!
